Accommodations
Campers stay in yurts (or smaller cabins) with approximately 14 other campers and 2-4 counselors. Camp Indigo Point bunks campers based on their grade and personal preference. Our options for bunking align with the experiences we found dear to LGBTQ+ youth. We do not bunk campers by any particular gender, and instead offer options that allow campers to find affirmation and comfort within their bunk community. All yurts have campers with different genders in them. Yurts are rustic with bunk beds, wooden shelving, and space to hang out in the middle. Restrooms and showers are nearby, have ample privacy with private stalls, and accommodate all genders. Aside from sleeping in bunks, our campers spend the camp day with all of their friends and soon-to be friends at camp.
Camp registration is open!
The Camp Indigo Point experience is life-changing for our campers, and we want every camper who wants to attend to be here with us. The cost for summer 2025 is $2700/camper for the full 2-week summer, which is our actual operational cost. True to our mission, we offer scholarships to every family who makes a request. No one will be turned away for lack of funds, and we commit to raising scholarships dollars to meet the needs of campers attending.
If you are concerned about the affordability of camp, please register your camper, just pay the deposit, and rest assured that we will be in touch to make it possible. You may also connect with Dan: dan@campindigopoint.org
